When you create an account, make a purchase, or enter a giveaway (including by mail), we collect information like your name, email, mailing address, and date of birth — whatever’s needed to run the giveaway and contact a winner. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on SFLK’s servers.
2. How We Use It
- To administer giveaways: track entries, determine odds, contact winners.
- To fulfill orders: process purchases, ship merch.
- To run your account: show your entry ledger and VIP status.
- To send entry confirmations and, if you opt in, marketing updates.
3. Mail-In (AMOE) Entries
Information submitted by mail is used solely to process that entry and is handled with the same care as information submitted online.
4. Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site (payment processing, shipping, email), and when required by law.
5. Your Choices
You can opt out of marketing email at any time, and can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us below, subject to records we’re required to keep for active or recently-closed giveaways.
