1. What We Collect

When you create an account, make a purchase, or enter a giveaway (including by mail), we collect information like your name, email, mailing address, and date of birth — whatever’s needed to run the giveaway and contact a winner. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on SFLK’s servers.

2. How We Use It

• To administer giveaways: track entries, determine odds, contact winners.
• To fulfill orders: process purchases, ship merch.
• To run your account: show your entry ledger and VIP status.
• To send entry confirmations and, if you opt in, marketing updates.

3. Mail-In (AMOE) Entries

Information submitted by mail is used solely to process that entry and is handled with the same care as information submitted online. Your name and address are never published. When a draw is published so entrants can verify it, you appear as a short reference derived from your entry record — not as a name — and that reference differs in every edition. See Official Rules, Section 9.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site (payment processing, shipping, email), and when required by law.

5. Your Choices

You can opt out of marketing email at any time, and can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us below, subject to records we’re required to keep for active or recently-closed giveaways. One limit is worth stating plainly: a published draw record cannot be altered after the fact, because a record that can be edited proves nothing. It contains no name or address — only the handle described in Section 3 — so deleting your personal information does not require changing it.
